Tastes Great, but a Bit Shaggy

The taste of this marzipan is wonderful. it's a great balance between the almonds and the sugar. However, the texture is a bit rubbery at first bite, and the overall look of the product is a bit shaggy around the edges. Not 5-star top notch marzipan. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could for the taste, though - it was that good.
