These cookies are new and unique version from Coppenrath - two crispy spekulatius cookies with a creamy cinnamon filling.

Spekulatius is a traditional winter holiday cookie with over 1,000 years of history. Created in the region that is now the Rhineland, Netherlands and Belgium, these shortcrust cookies are traditionally spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom and white pepper.
