All you need is 200 ml milk, 200 g whipped cream and 200 g prepared fruit (fresh, frozen or canned, e.g. cherries, apples) (for 4 portions)
Place 4 heat-resistant shallow molds (Ø 12 cm) on a baking tray. Drain fruit in a sieve and/or cut fruit into small pieces. Preheat oven. Top and bottom heat: around 220°C, hot air: around 200°C
Pour milk and cream into a mixing bowl. Add the base flour mixture and stir with a whisk for 1 minute to form a smooth cream.
First put the fruit in the mold, then spread the cream on top and finally sprinkle on the pastry sprinkles that are supplied with the pack. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
