German "Grill"chicken
This is the closest you can get to the German "Brathaehnchen" that you can buy everywhere. Specifically the ones on the food trucks. Delicious. I just take some olive oil, put the ready spice in it and brush the chicken with a baking brush like painting it. And in the oven. It is fantastic and it tastes like being back home. The kids (all adults) are always asking me: Are you going to make chicken with skin? That means German "Brathaehnchen". They all love the skin because of the spices.
