I lived in Germany for 3 years and fell in love with this sauce. It is so delicious and does not overwhelm the taste of the meat. I fry tenderized boneless pork chops coated with Knorr "Fix" Wiener Schnitzel Seasoning Mix , topped with this braten sauce and served with egg noodles for my family's favorite meal.
