Maiskoelbchen (pickled baby corn on the cob) are well known in Asian cuisine, but they also play a role on German appetizer plates. They make great nibble companions to salty pretzel sticks, cold cuts, liverwurst and salads. Pickled in pure Branntwein (spirit) vinegar, no artificial colors or flavors.
