A must have in every kitchen. To make a great tasting and smooth gravy this is so easy to use. Just mix it in your gravy, stir and have it boil for a few seconds and it thickens without clumps. The taste is very pleasant and you can avoid the flour taste by using it. I use it all the time for brown/dark gravies.
