terrific product to thicken sauces
I have been using this product since we lived in Germany in the mid-80's. It is unlike anything I have found in the US. When you need to finalize a sauce which did not thicken up like it should, just sprinkle in and stir until it thickens. The sauce can be at a full boil and it never clumps. I cannot cook without it!
