Vitam's famous plant based porcini mushroom bouillon paste flavored with nutritonal yeast is a convenient way to make a stock for soups, a base for sauces or a nutrtious, tasty mushroom flavored broth. A perfect product for professional chefs, caterers and home cooks.

VITAM mushroom yeast bouillon can be portioned as required and is easily soluble - even in cold liquids or stir-fries if required. We recommend adding a level teaspoon (approx. 5 g) for 250 ml water or the tip of a teaspoon for 50 ml / 5 tablespoons of liquid directly to the food.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sea salt, sunflower oil, spices* (contain celery), porcini mushrooms, yeast extract, raw cane sugar.
