I ate a lot of liverwurst as a child, but now as a long-time vegan, I've had no contact with it. So I was curious to try a vegan version. I like it a lot. The flavor slightly reminds me of childhood sandwiches, but not enough to be unpleasant for a vegan. I am very pleased to have a spread made entirely of healthy, plant-based ingredients. I've ordered it again.
