Vitam's traditional Westphalian vegetable bouillon has been highly popular in Germany for more than 50 years: as a tasty, low-calorie drinking broth or as salt-saving seasoning for soups and vegetable dishes. This bouillon and drinking broth also contains classic, all natural yeast extract which boosts the umami flavor and adds an appetizing aroma. Due to the high-quality ingredients, the VITAM vegetable yeast bouillon also tastes good without flavor enhancers and aromas.

VITAM vegetable bouillon comes in a unique paste format. Each glass jar contains delicious pieces of vegetables, like carrots, leeks, onions, celery) from certified organic farming and sunflower oil with a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids. This type of vegetable oil is liquid at room temperature and therefore cannot be pressed into a bouillon cubes or dried into granules. At the same time, the salt content can be reduced by at least 30% compared to bouillon cubes and granules. The consistency of a vegetable broth reveals a lot about its quality. Due to the pasty form, the vegetable bouillon can also be individually dosed.

VITAM vegetable bouillon is ideal as a low-calorie drinking bouillon for fasting or when you are hungry in between meals, as well as for seasoning and refining soups, stews and vegetable dishes. Rice, potatoes, pasta and salad sauces also get a fine vegetable aroma.

Each glass jar contains 30 servings and yields 7.5 Liter of soup!

VITAM vegetable yeast bouillon can be portioned as required and is easily soluble - even in cold liquids or stir-fries if required. We recommend adding a level teaspoon (approx. 5 g) for 250 ml water or the tip of a teaspoon for 50 ml / 5 tablespoons of liquid directly to the food.
