Filled (56%) with sugar, butter, hazelnuts, and almonds. Made with two wafers, first baked, then filled with sugar, clarified butter, roasted hazelnuts, and almonds, then baked again. Perfect as a dessert on their own, with coffee, with ice cream, or with anything your heart desires.
